Supervisory Board is a supervisory and regulatory body of Partnership and has authorities to solve issues not attributed to exclusive competence of Sole Partner and CEO of Partnership according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Articles or Internal Regulations of Partnership.

Supervisory Board is a collective body. Supervisory Board of Partnership includes at least three persons and its members to be determined by Sole Partner.

Education: 

He has higher economical education, was assigned with master degree in finances and accounting of Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. He has various international professional certificates, including certificate of Institute of Management Accountants (CMA), USA, International Project Management Association (IPMA), Switzerland, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He has the state audit license of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Professional Experience:

In different years of employment, he worked in Philip Morris Kazakhstan, “Elit Stroy” LLP, and international audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers. Upon employment in “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC (hereinafter - Fund) he has been responsible for activities of the Internal Audit Service, and executed duties of the Secretary of the Audit Committee and the Committee on control over transformation under the Board of Directors of the Fund. Also he was a member of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors of a number of subsidiaries of the Fund. In 2016 he was appointed as a financial controller of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC with the subsequent appointment to the position of the managing director for finances and operations, therafter appointed as Co-Managing Director for economy and finances and Member of the Management Board of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. In April 2021 he was appointed as Managing Director for Investments, Privatization and International Cooperation of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC.
