On the sidelines of the Digital Bridge 2023 forum in Astana on October 12 of the current year, the Head of State met with the President of the Emirati company Presight, Thomas Pramotedham. The Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC took part in it. Following the negotiations a Term-Sheet on investment between Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Presight was signed. The main purpose of this agreement is to create a joint venture to implement projects for digitalization of industrial processes of subsidiaries of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
«Samruk-Kazyna, as a strategic asset manager of the country, sees digitalization as one of its priorities. I hope that together with Presight we will strengthen the partnership between our countries and contribute to the creation of a single digital community», said Nurlan Zhakupov. Presight AI is a leading artificial intelligence-based big data analytics company and a part of the G42 group. G42 Group is a global leader specializing in artificial intelligence and cloud computing. Market capitalization of Presight AI is about $5 billion. The company has implemented successful projects in 14 countries, including the UAE and the Gulf countries.
The introduction of digitalization in the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group will enable business processes optimization, production losses reduction, and increase of the companies’ efficiency. The initiative will not only facilitate the economic growth in key areas of the economy but will also contribute to the development of competencies of the local personnel.
